How to run the PHP Helpdesk Ticketing Project
- Download and Install any local web server such as XAMPP (With PHP version 7.4).
- Download the provided source code zip file. (download button is located below)
- Open your XAMPP Control Panel and start Apache and MySQL.
- Extract the downloaded source code zip file.
- Copy the extracted source code folder and paste it into the XAMPP's "htdocs" directory
- Browse the PHPMyAdmin in a browser. i.e. **http://localhost/phpmyadmin**
- Create a new database named helpdesk_core_php.
- Import the provided SQL file. The file is known as helpdesk_core_php.sql located inside the database folder.
- Browse the Helpdesk System in a browser. i.e. **http://localhost/helpdesk-core-php/**.
- Or You can run the development server in project's root directory i.e php -S localhost:4000
